What we do not claim
Briard-AI is not legal advice, a CMMC assessment, a certification body, or proof that a customer statement is factually correct. KAIDAN is not an inline enforcement control and does not turn missing receipts into facts.
Operational continuity in place
The hosted products run on managed production infrastructure and do not depend on a founder laptop. Version-controlled source, automated validation and deployment, encrypted off-host backups, scheduled health checks, customer-readable exports, and offline package verification reduce single-device and operator lock-in.
Continuity limits
No source-code escrow, contractual uptime SLA, or guaranteed operator-transition plan is currently offered. Those protections require a defined commercial commitment and an independent provider; they are not implied by technical backups.
