## Attach the operational choices

- Exact organizations, AI tools, approved sources and response targets; named customer owner and least-privilege authority.
- Hosted versus customer-controlled resources; region, retention, legal holds, permitted metadata/evidence and backup/export destination responsibilities.
- Supported provider versions and gaps; a connection or permission label is not a completed receipt or remote permission check.
- Support contacts and business hours; automated alerting is not a staffed 24/7 response service. A service outage and a customer's AI incident use different decisions and escalation paths.
- Exit plan: self-service export and verification, external-copy ownership, KAIDAN locked retention and the published ordinary-termination export window. Download before access ends; do not assume canceling billing deletes records.
